摘  要:为了开发不含碳的钢包用高铝不烧砖,对比了含碳结合剂(活性氧化镁+木质素)和不含碳结合剂(活性氧化镁+ρ-Al_(2)O_(3))的使用效果。以不同目数的板状刚玉为骨料,再以电熔镁砂微粉、200目板状刚玉和氧化铝微粉为基质,构成了高铝耐火材料的主体,再分别添加含碳结合剂或不含碳结合剂。在一定压力下压制试样,然后在不同的温度和时间下烧结,分别检测了不同结合剂对高铝试样的常温耐压强度、体积密度、气孔率和加热永久线变化率等性能的影响。结果表明:活性氧化镁与ρ-Al_(2)O_(3)在高温下生成镁铝尖晶石,增强了高铝试样的高温物理性能,且活性氧化镁含量越多,试样的高温物理性能越好;含木质素的结合剂提升了试样的常温耐压强度,但高温性能较差。In order to develop high alumina unfired brick refractory without carbon for ladle,the effects of binder containing carbon(active magnesium oxide and lignin)and binder without carbon(active magnesium oxide and ρ-Al_(2)O_(3))were compared in this paper.The main body of high alumina refractory was formed by using different mesh numbers tabular corundum as aggregate,fused magnesia powder,200 mesh tabular corundum and alumina powder as matrix,and then added carbon-containing binder or carbon-free binder.The sample is pressed under a certain pressure and then sintered at different temperatures and times,the effects of different binders on the cold compressive strength,bulk density,porosity and permanent change in dimension on heating of high alumina samples at room temperature were investigated.The results showed that magnesiaalumina spinel was formed by activated magnesia and ρ-Al_(2)O_(3) at high temperature,and the higher the content of activated magnesia,the better the high temperature physical properties of the samples;The lignin-containing binder increased the compressive strength of the samples at room temperature,but its high temperature performance was poor.
