摘　　要：选用SiO_(2)含量较高的硅质原料,添加硅微粉、黏土等添加剂,试制了硅质喷补料。该种喷补料流动性好、喷补回弹率低、强度高、高温性能好。使用它对罐式煅烧炉破损的罐壁进行热态湿法喷补,效果良好,延长了罐式煅烧炉的使用寿命。The silica gunning material is made by silica material with high content of SiO_(2)and additives such as silica powder and clay.It has the following advantages,such as good fluidity,low spring-back rate,high strength and good high temperature performance.The utility model is used for hot-state wet gunning of the damaged wall of the pot calciner,which has good effect and prolongs the service life of the pot calciner.
