摘　　要：介绍了TGS石灰窑生产线的节能环保设计及应用效果、烧结灰智能化生产的硬件配置和软件设计及系统的调试与维护。TGS石灰窑通过技术创新,在降低吨钢灰耗、实现节能减排方面取得了显著成效。This paper introduces the energy-saving and environmental protection design and application effect of TGS lime kiln production line,the hardware configuration and software design of intelligent production of sintered ash,and the debugging and maintenance of the system.TGS lime kiln has achieved remarkable results in reducing the ash consumption per ton steel and energy saving and emission reduction through technological innovation.
