摘  要:针对在日常生产中,麦尔兹窑窑底卸料闸板密封圈容易损坏的特点,从窑底小料仓成品料面控制、卸料闸板的液压缸动作、成品煅烧质量方面控制等原因进行分析,通过改进现有窑底小料仓料位探测器、调节卸料闸板液压缸动作速度、优化窑炉工艺控制,稳定成品质量,较好的延长了密封圈的使用寿命。In view of the fact that the sealing ring of the discharge plate at the bottom of Maerz kiln is easy to be damaged in daily production,this paper analyzes the reasons from the surface control of the finished material of the small material bin at the bottom of the kiln,the action control of the hydraulic cylinder of the discharge plate and the quality control of the finished product calcination,etc.,by improving the material level detector of the small material bin at the bottom of the kiln,adjusting the operating speed of the hydraulic cylinder of the discharge plate,optimizing the process control of the kiln,stabilizing the quality of the finished product and prolonging the service life of the sealing ring.
