连花清瘟胶囊治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果及对临床症状缓解时间和炎性指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察连花清瘟胶囊治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果及对临床症状缓解时间和炎性指标的影响。方法选择2020年12月—2022年12月莆田九十五医院接诊的急性上呼吸道感染患者93例,按随机数字表法分为试验组(n=47)和对照组(n=46)。对照组予常规治疗,试验组在对照组治疗基础上予连花清瘟胶囊治疗,2组均持续治疗3 d。比较2组临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间,治疗前后血清炎性指标[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)]、血清免疫功能指标[免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)]及不良反应。结果试验组总有效率(93.62%)高于对照组(78.26%)(χ^(2)=4.559,P=0.033);试验组发热、咳嗽、咽喉肿痛及鼻塞缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗3 d后,2组血清hs-CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.01);2组血清IgG水平均高于治疗前,血清IgM及IgA水平均低于治疗前,且试验组升高/降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。对照组与试验组分别出现3例(6.52%)、5例(10.64%)轻度消化道症状,均无需特殊处理,组间比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.114,P=0.735)。结论连花清瘟胶囊治疗急性上呼吸道感染疗效较好,可降低机体炎性反应,调节免疫功能,促进患者症状缓解,且用药安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Lianhua Qingwen capsule in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection and its influence on clinical symptom relief time and inflammatory indicators.Methods Ninety-three patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to Putian 95 Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into experimental group(n=47)and control group(n=46)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Lianhua Qingwen capsule on the basis of the control group.Both groups received continuous treatment for 3 days.The clinical efficacy,duration of symptom remission,inflammatory indicators(hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6),immune function indicators(IgG,IgM,IgA)before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group(93.62%)was higher than that of control group(78.26%)(χ^(2)=4.559,P=0.033).The regression time of fever,cough,sore throat and nasal congestion in experimental group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.01).After 3 days of treatment,the serum levels of hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in two groups were lower than before treatment,and experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01).Serum IgG levels in two groups were higher than before treatment,serum IgM and IgA levels were lower than before treatment,and the increase/decrease of experimental group were greater than those of control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).There were 3 cases(6.52%)in the control group and 5 cases(10.64%)in the experimental group with mild gastrointestinal symptoms,and no special treatment was required,there was no significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.114,P=0.735).Conclusion Lianhua Qingwen capsule has good therapeutic effect for acute upper respiratory tract infection,can reduce inflammatory response,regulate immune function,promote symptom relief,and with good drug safety.
