血脂康胶囊对老年高血压左室肥厚患者动脉硬化程度和左室重构的影响

摘　　要：目的观察血脂康胶囊对老年高血压左室肥厚患者动脉硬化程度和左室重构的影响。方法回顾性选择2018年6月—2020年12月中国人民解放军南部战区总医院收治的老年高血压左室肥厚患者128例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组(68例)和对照组(60例)。对照组给予血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂常规降压治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予血脂康胶囊治疗,2组患者均治疗6个月。比较2组患者治疗前后血压、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、颈动脉斑块Crouse积分、动态动脉硬化指数(AASI)和左室重量指数(LVMI)。结果治疗6个月后,2组患者收缩压、舒张压及脉压差均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01),观察组患者TC、TG和LDL-C水平均低于治疗前及对照组,HDL-C水平高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.01);对照组患者TG、TC、HDL-C和LDL-C水平与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者IMT、Crouse积分、AASI和LVMI均较治疗前降低(P<0.01);对照组患者LVMI低于治疗前(P<0.01),而IMT、Crouse积分和AASI与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者IMT、Crouse积分、AASI和LVMI均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血脂康胶囊可有效改善老年高血压左室肥厚患者血脂水平,改善动脉硬化和左室重构程度,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of Xuezhikang capsule on the degree of arteriosclerosis and left ventricular remodeling in elderly patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods A total of 128 elderly patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy admitted to the General Hospital of Southern Theater Command of PLA from June 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(68 cases)and control group(60 cases).The control group was given routine antihypertensive treatment with angiotensinⅡreceptor antagonist,the observation group was treated with Xuezhikang capsule on the basis of control group,and two groups were treated for 6 months.The blood pressure,blood lipid indexes[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)],carotid intima-media thickness(IMT),carotid plaque Crouse score,dynamic arteriosclerosis index(AASI)and left ventricular mass index(LVMI)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,two groups of patients with systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and pulse pressure were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01),the observation group of patients with TC,TG and LDL-C level were lower than before treatment and the control group,HDL-C level was higher than before treatment and control group(P<0.01);The control group of patients with TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C levels were no statistically significant difference compared with before treatment(P>0.05).The observation group of patients with IMT,Crouse integral,AASI and LVMI were reduced(P<0.01);The control group of patients with LVMI was lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the IMT,Crouse integral and AASI were no statistically significant difference compared with before treatment(P>0.05);The observation group of patients with IMT,Crouse integr
