摘　　要：本文研究5G技术在气象服务和预警发布中的场景应用,利用5G消息技术特点,构建功能丰富、智能、高效的5G预警消息,赋能气象预警,打造防灾减灾短消息新入口、新渠道,切实推动气象服务发展,提高信息传达效率,提升防灾减灾能力。The application of 5G technology in meteorological services and early warning is studied.By using the characteristics of 5G message technology,5G early warning messages with rich functions,intelligence and efficiency are constructed to enable meteorological early warning,create new entrances and channels for short messages on disaster prevention and mitigation,promote the development of meteorological services effectively,improve the efficiency of information transmission,and enhance the ability of disaster prevention andmitigation.
