摘 要:基于2012—2019年中国省际面板数据,以调节效应和门槛效应模型实证检验绿色技术创新在数字经济助力低碳发展中产生的影响。研究发现:数字经济对碳排放总量具有显著的促进作用,而绿色技术创新削弱了其促进作用;数字经济对碳排放强度有显著的抑制作用,而绿色技术创新强化了其抑制作用;此外,在东、中、西三大区域内,绿色技术创新的调节效应存在区域异质性。在此基础上,进一步检验了绿色技术创新的单门槛效应,结果表明,在门槛前后,数字经济对碳排放总量的影响由促进作用变为抑制作用,而对碳排放强度的抑制效应则随着绿色技术创新的加深而增强。Based on China's inter-provincial panel data from 2012 to 2019,the impact of green technology innovation in promoting low-carbon development in the digital economy is verified by the moderation effect and threshold effect model.It is found that the digital economy can significantly promote total carbon emission,while green technology innovation weakens its promotion.At the same time,the digital economy significantly inhibits carbon emission intensity,which is strengthened by green technology innovation.In addition,there is regional heterogeneity in the moderation effect of green technology innovation in the East,the Central,and the West.On this basis,the single threshold effect of green technology innovation is further empirically tested.The results show that the impact of the digital economy on total carbon emissions changes from promotion to inhibition,and its inhibition effect on carbon emission intensity increases with the deepening of green technology innovation.
