摘 要:大豆是我国主要植物油及蛋白来源,其进口依存度较高。因此增加大豆产量,提高大豆自给率,保障国家粮食安全成为当前大豆产业发展的主要任务。为加快我国高产优质大豆选育,助力大豆产业振兴,文章对大豆常规育种及分子育种方法进行分析总结,提出两者结合,辅以后代选择技术可缩短育种年限,提高育种效率,加快大豆新品种选育,降低进口大豆依存度。Soybean is the main source of vegetable oil and protein in China,and its import dependence was relatively high.Therefore,increasing yield and improving the self-sufficiency rate of soybean and ensuring national food security have become the main tasks of the current soybean industry development.In order to accelerate the breeding of high-yield and high-quality soybeans in China and promote the revitalization of the soybean industry,the article analyzed and summarized conventional breeding and molecular breeding methods,and proposed that combining the two with offspring selection technology can shorten the breeding period,improve breeding efficiency,accelerate the selection of new soybean varieties,and reduce the dependence on imported soybeans.
