摘 要:为培育低纬高原地区高油高产大豆新品种,云南省农业科学院粮食作物研究所通过引进优异资源与该区域优良大豆品种进行有性杂交,经系谱法育成2个高油高产大豆新品种云黄16和云黄17。2018-2019年,云黄16和云黄17参加云南省区域试验,2年区域试验云黄16平均产量为3801 kg/hm^(2),较对照品种中品661增产24.4%;云黄17平均产量为3528 kg/hm^(2),较对照品种中品661增产15.5%。2019年,云黄16和云黄17参加云南省生产试验,其中云黄16平均产量为3058.8 kg/hm^(2),较对照品种中品661增产39.5%;云黄17平均产量为3162.9 kg/hm^(2),较对照品种中品661增产44.2%。经测定,2个品种均属高油大豆品种,其中云黄16粗蛋白质含量为38.1%,粗脂肪含量为22.37%;云黄17粗蛋白质含量为38.5%,粗脂肪含量为23.44%。云黄16和云黄17均适宜云南省低纬高原地区常年种植,可净种、间作和套种。2020年,云黄16和云黄17通过云南省农作物品种审定委员会审定,审定编号分别为滇审大豆2020003号和滇审大豆2020002号。In order to cultivate new high-oil and high-yield soybean varieties in low latitude plateau areas,the Food Crops Research Institute of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences introduced excellent germplasm resources and carried out sexual hybridization with fine soybean varieties of Yunnan.Two new high-oil and high-yield soybean cultivars,Yunhuang 16 and Yunhuang 17,were bred through pedigree method.From 2018 to 2019,Yunhuang 16 and Yunhuang 17 participated in the regional trial in Yunnan Province,and the average yield of the two years of Yunhuang 16 was 3801 kg/ha,which was 24.4% higher than that of the control cultivar Zhongpin 661;the average yield of the two years of Yunhuang 17 was 3058.8 kg/ha,which was 39.5% higher than that of the control cultivar Zhongpin 661.In 2019,Yunhuang 16 and Yunhuang 17 participated in the production trial in Yunnan Province,and the average yield of Yunhuang 16 was 3058.8 kg/ha,which was 39.5% higher than that of the control cultivar Zhongpin 661;the average yield of Yunhuang 17 was 3162.9 kg/ha,which was 44.2% higher than that of the control cultivar Zhongpin 661.The seed crude protein content of Yunhuang16 was 38.1%and the crude fat content was 22.37%.The seed crude protein content of Yunhuang 17 was 38.5% and the crude fat content was 23.44%,both of which were high-oil cultivars.These two cultivars were suitable for perennial planting in the low latitude plateau area of Yunnan Province,and could be seed-clearing and intercropping.In 2020,these two cultivars were approved by Yunnan Crop Variety Approval Committee,and the approval numbers were Dianshendadou 2020003 and Dianshendadou 2020002,respectively.
