摘　　要：随着疫情防控形势的调整,新型冠状病毒感染(简称新冠感染)与其他肺部感染性疾病的鉴别诊断尤显重要。肺孢子菌肺炎属真菌感染性肺炎,与新冠病毒同时感染时,其症状和肺部影像学表现常难以区分,易被误诊误治。本篇报道的2例肺孢子菌肺炎合并危重型新冠感染的艾滋病患者,在西医常规治疗的基础上,运用中医清肺解毒、益气养阴等治法,祛邪扶正,帮助减轻患者的症状,延缓病情的进展,促进核酸早日转阴。With the adjustment of management for epidemic prevention and control,the differential diagnosis between novel coronavirus infection(COVID-19 infection for short)and other pulmonary infectious diseases is of particular significance.Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia is a fungal infectious pneumonia,and when it is co-infected with COVID-19,its symptoms and pulmonary imaging manifestations are often indistinguishable and easily misdiagnosed and mistreated.This article reports the treatment of two cases of AIDS patients with pneumocystis carinii pneumonia complicated with critical COVID-19 infection,which,based on conventional western medicine,administers the TCM therapies for clearing the lung and removing toxins,replenishing qi and nourishing yin,to strengthen the body resistance and to eliminate pathogenic factors,helping alleviate the patients'symptoms,delay the progression of the disease,and promote the early conversion of nucleic acid to negative.
