藤梨根在防癌治癌中的临床运用及其用量探究

摘　　要：通过搜集古代医籍及近现代名医临证经验,总结藤梨根在防癌和治癌中的用药特点,临床用量范围在10~180 g;结合疾病、证型、症状、体质选择藤梨根最佳剂量;临证在胃肠道疾病中应用较广,癌前病变包括肠化生、Hp感染、慢性肝炎、管状腺瘤等,藤梨根的解毒广谱抗癌之性可有效控制癌转移,逆转癌前病变,抑制癌毒的传变蔓延。如清热解毒消痈,常配伍龙葵、白花蛇舌草、刺猬皮等;癌症日久,虚实夹杂,常合黄芪、六君子汤扶正抗癌;在老年患癌人群应用中,则根据体质酌予少量藤梨根,以防药凉伤正。在解决术后并发症,调理愈后的膏方亦有应用。Through the collection of ancient medical texts and the clinical experience of modern famous doctors,the application characteristics of Chinese actinidia root in cancer prevention and treatment can be summarized as follows:Its clinical dosage ranges from 10 to 180 g.Its best dosage should be selected according to the disease,syndrome type,symptoms and constitution.Chinese actinidia root is clinically widely used in gastrointestinal diseases and pre-cancerous lesions,including intestinal metaplasia,Hp infection,chronic hepatitis,tubular adenoma,etc.,in which its detoxification and broad-spectrum anticancer properties can effectively control cancer metastasis,reverse precancerous lesions,and inhibit the spread of cancer virus.For example,to clear heat and remove toxicity for eliminating carbuncles,it is often combined with black nightshade,snake tongue herb,hedgehog bark,etc.If a cancer lingers over time and is manifested as a syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess,it is often combined with milkvetch root and other six herbs to strengthen vital qi and fight against cancer.When applied in the elderly people suffering from cancer,a smaller dosage of Chinese actinidia root should be considered according to their constitutions to prevent the cool-natured medicine from impairing the healthy qi.Chinese actinidia root can also be used in treating postoperative complications and in ointments for health rehabilitation in the wake of a cancer recovery.
