摘　　要：刘步平提出的并针疗法具有东西并融、经筋并调、内外并取、双针并进、手法针刺并用五大特点,认为健康是时空、内外、物功“和稳”,具有整体性、动态性和自致性;强调治病要并调经络、神经、肌筋膜,促使气血精津液神和生物力学系统谐调,实现“强自致、复和稳”;主张刺点选择应内观经络、神经、肌筋膜的分布循行和局部解剖结构,外力循扪切按寻找反应点,做到循应、循经、循筋、循解剖;讲究两针同时刺入,合理确定持针针距、针刺角度、刺入方式、针刺方向和针刺深浅;通过针刺手法制造类似“滞针”(锁定)的状态,运用刺针施以类似“理筋”(松解)的手法,促使气血精津液神和生物力学系统恢复正常。Liu Buping's twins acupuncture therapy has five major characteristics:blending Chinese and western medicine,regulating both meridians and tendons,adopting a combined internal and external treatment,puncturing double needles at the same time,underlining manipulations as well as acupuncture.He holds that health is"a state of harmony and balance"between space and time,interior and exterior,substance and function,bearing the properties of integrity,dynamics and self-inducement.He emphasizes the importance of regulating meridians,nerves,and myofascia simultaneously in treating diseases,so as to promote the harmony of qi,blood,essence,body fluid,and spirit with the biomechanical system,to achieve the goal of"enhancing self-inducement,resuming harmony and balance".He suggests that acupoints selection should follow the distribution and local anatomical structure of the meridians,nerves,and myofascia in the body,and be based on finding the reaction points by external palpation and pressing with force,and acupuncture should follow the reaction,meridians,sinews and anatomical structure.He pays attention to puncturing double needles simultaneously and determining the reasonable distance,angle,method,direction and depth of needles.He advocates creating a locking state akin to"sticking of needle"by needling manipulations,then manipulating a relaxation technique akin to"unknotting myofascia",so as to promote qi,blood,essence,body fluid,spirit and biomechanical system to return to normal.
