温和灸治疗肾阳虚衰型神经源性体位性低血压

摘　　要：目的 探讨温和灸疗法干预肾阳虚衰型神经源性体位性低血压的有效性。方法 收集本科室住院确诊为神经源性体位性低血压,且中医证候积分分析为肾阳虚衰患者32例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组应用温和灸治疗14次,对照组采用生活护理指导。治疗前后对患者立卧位血压差、跌倒次数、中医证候积分变化、夜尿次数、日常生活活动能力进行对比分析。结果 治疗2周后,经统计,治疗组患者立卧位血压差、中医证候积分、日常生活能力评分较治疗前均明显降低,与对照组比较具有统计学意义(P <0.05),跌倒次数、夜尿次数较前减少,但与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 温和灸疗法可有效改善肾阳虚衰型神经源性体位性低血压患者立卧位血压差,降低肾阳虚证候评分,改善患者日常生活能力。Objective To explore the effectiveness of mild-warm moxibustion in the intervention of neurogenic orthostatic hypotension in patients with the pattern of kidney yang deficiency.Methods A total of 32 patients with neurogenic orthostatic hypotension(the pattern of kidney yang deficiency)diagnosed in our department were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was treated with mild-warm moxibustion for 14 times,while the control group was given a life nursing guidance.The difference in blood pressure in a standing or a lying position,the number of falls,the change in TCM syndrome scores,the frequency of nocturia and the ability to engage in daily activities were compared and analyzed between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the blood pressure difference in the two positions,the TCM syndrome scores and the daily living ability scores were all significantly decreased in the treatment group,with a statistical significance compared with those in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of falls and nocturia were decreased as well,but there was no statistical difference compared with those in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Mild-warm moxibustion can effectively improve the blood pressure difference in patients with neurogenic orthostatic hypotension of a kidney yang deficiency syndrome,reduce their TCM syndrome scores and improve their daily living ability.
