摘  要:脊神经根炎症是临床上最常见的引起肩背痛及腰腿痛的原因之一。针对实验目的不同选择合适的脊神经根炎症动物模型,对于其病因病机、防治以及药物疗效等方面有着重要的意义。脊神经根炎症的建模方法众多,主要为化学性神经根炎模型,机械压迫诱导神经根炎模型和免疫性神经根炎模型,这些模型有其各自的特点和适用性,但多局限于单因素建立,缺乏全面表现脊神经根炎的模型。本文对国内外近些年的动物模型研究进展做出综述,希望可为今后研究更接近人类脊神经根炎症病理特征的动物实验模型提供参考。Radiculitis is one of most common causes of shoulder and back pain and lumbocrural pain.Choosing an appropriate animal model of radiculitis for a spicific experimental purpose is of great significance for revealing its etiology,pathogenesis,prevention and treatment,and drug efficacy.There are many modeling methods for radiculitis,including chemical radiculitis model,mechanical compression-induced radiculitis model and immune radiculitis model.These models have their own characteristics and applicability,but they are mostly limited to single factors,resulting in a shortage of a comprehensive model of radiculitis.In this paper,the research progress of animal models at home and abroad in recent years is reviewed,hoping to provide a reference for the future research on animal experimental models closer to the pathological characteristics of human radiculitis.
