摘 要:试验旨在研究复合益生菌对塔里木鸽生长性能、血清生化指标及屠宰性能的影响。选取繁殖周期相同、体重相近的塔里木鸽80对,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复5对。对照组(A组)塔里木鸽饲喂基础饲粮,F_(1)组、F_(2)组和F_(3)组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.3%植物乳杆菌+0.06%丁酸梭菌、0.6%植物乳杆菌+0.12%丁酸梭菌、1.2%植物乳杆菌+0.24%丁酸梭菌。试验期38 d。结果显示,与A组相比,F_(2)组雌鸽平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),F_(2)组塔里木鸽平均日采食量极显著增加(P<0.01);F_(2)组塔里木鸽屠宰率极显著提高(P<0.01);F_(1)组、F_(2)组塔里木鸽腿肌率显著提高(P<0.05);F_(3)组塔里木鸽全净膛率极显著提高(P<0.01);F_(1)组、F_(2)组塔里木鸽血清总蛋白含量极显著增加(P<0.01);F_(3)组塔里木鸽血清甘油三酯含量极显著降低(P<0.01);F_(1)组塔里木鸽血清胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,添加复合益生菌可以改善塔里木鸽生长性能、血清生化指标,提高屠宰性能,以添加中水平复合益生菌组(F_(2)组)饲喂效果最好。The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of probiotic complex on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and slaughtering performance of Tarim pigeons.80 pairs of Tarim pigeons with the same breeding cycle and similar weight were randomly divided into four groups with four replicates in each group and five pairs in each replicate.The pigeons in control group(group A)were fed with basal diet,F_(1)group,F_(2)group and F_(3)group added 0.3%Lactobacillus plantarum+0.06%Clostridium butyricum,0.6%Lactobacillus plantarum+0.12%Clostridium butyricum,1.2%Lactobacillus plantarum+0.24%Clostridium butyricum to the basic diet,respectively.The trial period was 38 d.The results showed that compared with group A,average daily gain of female pigeons in F_(2)group increased significantly(P<0.05),average daily feed intake of pigeons increased extremely(P<0.01),slaughter rate of pigeons in F_(2)group increased extremely(P<0.01),leg muscle rate of pigeons in F_(1)group and F_(2)group increased significantly(P<0.05),eviscerating percentage pigeons in F_(3)group increased extremely(P<0.01),serum total protein of pigeons in F_(1)group and F_(2)group increased extremely(P<0.01),serum triglycerides of pigeons in F_(3)group were decreased extremely(P<0.01),and serum cholesterol content of pigeons in F_(1)group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of compound probiotics can improve growth performance of Trim pigeons,improve blood biochemical indexes,and improve slaughtering performance,and the feeding effect of adding medium level compound probiotics group(F_(2)group)is the best.
