摘  要:基于中国式现代化背景,构建数字农业发展水平评价指标体系,借助加速遗传算法的投影寻踪模型对数字农业发展水平进行测度,使用标准差椭圆法刻画数字农业发展水平的空间区位分布。结果显示,我国数字农业发展水平整体表现为上升态势,各省数字农业发展水平差距逐渐扩大。各地区数字农业发展水平表现为东部、中部和西部依次递减态势;东部地区数字农业的基础设施现代化水平、人力资源现代化水平、发展环境现代化水平、产业效益现代化水平以及农业技术创新现代化水平均领先于中西部地区。基于上述研究结论,文章提出因地制宜缩小数字农业发展差距、夯实数字农业高技术复合型人才基石、健全数字农业生产过程保障措施的政策建议,为提升我国数字农业发展水平提供参考。Based on the background of Chinese-style modernization,the paper constructed an evaluation index system for development level of digital agriculture,used the projection pursuit model based on accelerated genetic algorithm to measure the development level of digital agriculture,and used the standard deviation ellipse method to describe the spatial location distribution of the development level of digital agriculture.The research results showed that the development level of digital agriculture in China was on the rise as a whole,and the gap between the development levels of digital agriculture in various provinces was gradually expanding.The development level of digital agriculture in various regions showed a decreasing trend in the eastern,central and western regions.The modernization level of infrastructure,human resources,development environment,industrial benefits and agricultural technology innovation of digital agriculture in the eastern developed regions are all ahead of those in the central and western regions.Based on the results,it is proposed to narrow the development gap of digital agriculture according to local conditions,solidify the foundation of high-tech composite talents in digital agriculture,and improve the guarantee measures for the production process of digital agriculture,so as to promote the improvement of the development level of digital agriculture in China.
