摘 要:为了研究不同浓度淫羊藿苷对猪精液在低温(4℃)环境下的保存效果,试验采集4头长白猪种公猪精液,将检测合格的精液混匀后分为对照组及5,10,15,20,25 mg/L淫羊藿苷组共6组,分别添加0,5,10,15,20,25 mg/L的淫羊藿苷,均在低温环境下保存,分别在保存第1,2,3,4,5,6,7天检测猪精子活率、精子活力、路径速度、直线速度和精子畸形率指标,筛选最适猪精液低温保存的淫羊藿苷浓度。结果表明:添加淫羊藿苷的各试验组均能够在保存期间提高猪精子质量,且15 mg/L淫羊藿苷组的精子活率、精子活力、路径速度、直线速度在保存期间均显著高于或高于其他组(P<0.05或P>0.05),精子畸形率均显著低于或低于其他组(P<0.05或P>0.05)。说明在本试验条件下,用于猪精液低温保存的稀释液中淫羊藿苷的最适添加量为15 mg/L。To study the effects of icarin with different concentrations on the preservation of boar semen at low temperature(4 C),semen from 4 Landrace pigs used for breeding was collected,and the qualified semen was mixed and divided into 6 groups,including the control group and the icarin groups(5,10,15,20,25 mg/L).Each group was supplemented with 0,5,10,15,20,25 mg/L icarin and stored at low temperature.Porcine sperm viability,sperm motility,path velocity,straight line velocity and sperm deformity rate were detected at day 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7,respectively,and the optimal concentration of icarin for porcine semen cryopreservation was screened.The results showed that the porcine sperm quality in the icarin supplemented groups was improved during storage.The sperm viability,sperm motility,path velocity and straight line velocity in the 15 mg/L icarin group were higher and significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05 or P>0.05),and the sperm deformity rate was lower and significantly lower than that in the other groups(P<0.05 of P>0.05).The results indicated that the optimal additive amount of icarin in the diluent of boar semen preserved at low temperature was 15 mg/L.
