摘 要:为了探究柳蒿刈割的最佳留茬高度,提高其产量,试验以野生柳蒿为试验材料,通过分株繁殖种植于试验地,行距20 cm,株距30 cm,设置齐地刈割(留茬高度为0)及5 cm、8 cm不同留茬高度处理,分别测定株高、每平方米株数、茎粗、叶长、鲜草产量及干草产量等指标,并对各性状进行相关性分析、回归分析和主成分分析,确定出最佳的留茬高度。结果表明:齐地刈割处理干草产量合计最高为4035.00 kg/hm^(2),干草产量合计、平均每平方米株数、平均叶长均显著高于5 cm、8 cm处理(P<0.05)。各性状与干草产量的相关程度由大到小依次为鲜草产量>留茬高度>每平方米株数>株高>叶长>茎粗。留茬高度与干草产量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),干草产量(Y)与留茬高度(X5)的线性回归方程为Y=1005.67-47.28X_(5)。3个刈割留茬高度处理主成分分析综合得分为排名为齐地刈割>5 cm>8 cm。说明柳蒿刈割适宜不留茬,即齐地刈割。In order to explore the best stubble height for cutting in Artemisia selengensis Turcz.and improve its yield,wild Artemisia selengensis Turcz.was used as the experimental material,and was planted in the experimental area by means of ramet propagation.Row spacing and plant spacing were 20 cm and 30 cm,respectively,and cutting flush with the ground(stubble heights of 0),and different stubble heights of 5,8 cm were set.Plant height,plant number per square meter,stem diameter,leaf length,fresh grass yield,and hay yield were measured,and correlation analysis,regression analysis and principal component analysis were carried out for each character to evaluate the optimal stubble height.The results showed that the maximum cumulative hay yield under cuting flush with the ground stubble height was 4035.00 kg/hm^(2),and the cumulative hay yield,average number of branches per square meter and average leaf length in the stubble height of cutting flush with the ground were significantly higher than those in the stubble height of 5 cm and 8 cm(P<0.05).The correlation degree between each character and hay yield was in the order of fresh grass yield>stubble height>plant number per square meter>plant height>leaf length>stem diameter.There was a very significant negative correlation between stubble height and hay yield(P<0.01).The linear regression equation between hay yield(Y)and stubble height(Xs)was Y=1005.67-47.28X_(5).The comprehensive ranking of principal component analysis with three stubble height treatments was cutting flush with the ground>5 cm>8 cm.The best stubble height for cutting Artemisia selengensis Turcz.was cutting flush with the ground.
