复方中药癣螨灵软膏对动物螨病临床治疗效果研究

摘　　要：为了明确复方中药癣螨灵软膏对动物螨病的临床疗效,试验将人工感染疥螨的50只病兔[体重为(2.5±0.2)kg]随机分为空白对照组、药物对照组及25%、50%、75%癣螨灵治疗组5组,每组10只。空白对照组按体重0.1 mL/kg肌肉注射生理盐水,每7 d注射1次,每天体表涂抹软膏基质;药物对照组按体重0.1 mL/kg肌肉注射通灭,每7 d注射1次;25%、50%、75%癣螨灵治疗组分别用25%、50%、75%癣螨灵软膏每天涂抹患处2次。试验期为28 d,于第0,7,14,21,28天刮取病兔皮屑检查,计算疥螨虫体和虫卵减少率、皮肤病变评分及增重。选取人工感染试验中较优含量癣螨灵软膏进行自然感染试验,先将自然感染螨病犬根据病因分为疥螨(Ⅰ)、痒螨(Ⅱ)、蠕形螨(Ⅲ)组,每组21只;组内再随机分为3个小组,a组用选取的最优含量癣螨灵软膏每天涂抹患处2次;b组按体重0.1 mL/kg肌肉注射通灭,每7 d注射1次;c组按体重0.1 mL/kg肌肉注射通灭,每7 d注射1次,同时用选取的最优含量癣螨灵软膏涂抹患处,每天2次,试验期35 d,于第0,7,14,21,28,35天刮取病犬皮屑检查,计算各组螨虫虫体和虫卵减少率,并在试验期结束后每周观察试验犬皮肤有无新生病变,观察1个月,统计各小组复发率、平均复发天数。结果表明:在家兔人工感染疥螨试验中,治疗第14天,25%和50%癣螨灵治疗组虫体和虫卵减少率达100%,病变评分极显著低于其他组(P<0.01),家兔增重极显著高于其他组(P<0.01)。用药后第21,28天,25%癣螨灵治疗组增重极显著高于50%癣螨灵治疗组(P<0.01),因此选用25%癣螨灵软膏用于后续自然感染治疗试验。在自然感染治疗试验中,c组和a组虫体和虫卵减少率、治愈率和复发率均好于b组,其中c组要好于a组,犬疥螨病、痒螨病和蠕形螨病平均治愈天数分别为10.43,8.14,26.43 d。说明癣螨灵软膏可有效治疗动物螨病,安全性高,其中25%癣螨灵软膏配合通灭联合治疗动�In order to clarify the clinical efficacy of the compound Chinese medicine Xuanmanling on animal mite disease,in this experiment,the 50 sick rabbits(weighing[2.5±0.2]kg)artificially infected with sarcoptic mites were randomly divided into 5 groups,blank control group,drug control group,and 25%,50%and 75%Xuanmanling treatment groups,with 10 animals in each group.The blank control group was injected with normal saline intramuscularly at 0.1 mL/kg of body weight,once for 7 days,and was given ointment base on the body surface every day.The drug control group was injected with 0.1 mL/kg Tongmie according to body weight,once for 7 days;25%,50%and 75%Xuanmanling treatment groups were treated with 25%,50%and 75%Xuanmanling ointment,twice a day.The trial period was 28 days,during which the danders of the diseased rabbits were scraped on days O,7,14,21 and 28 for examination.The reduction rates of sarcoptic mites and eggs,the scores of skin lesions and weight gains were calculated.The optimal content of Xuanmanling ointment in the artificial infection test was selected for the natural infection test.The dogs infected with natural mite disease were divided into groups of sarcoptic mites(I),psoroptic mites(I)and demodex mites(II)according to the etiology,with 21 dogs in each group.Each group was randomly divided into 3 subgroups,and sub-group a was applied with the selected optimal content of Xuanmanling ointment,twice a day;sub-group b was injected intramuscularly with 0.1 mL/kg Tongmie according to body weight,once for 7 days;sub-group c was injected intramuscularly with O.1 mL/kg Tongmie according to body weight,once for 7 days,and applied with the selected optimal content of Xuanmanling ointment to the affected area of the body surface,twice a day.The test period was 35 days,during which the skin of sick dogs was scraped on days 0,7,14,21,28 and 35;the reduction rates of mites and eggs in each group were calculated;after the end of the test period,the test dogs were observed every week for new lesions for 1 month,and th
