摘　　要：习近平总书记指出,“当今时代,数字技术、数字经济是世界科技革命和产业变革的先机,是新一轮国际竞争重点领域”。数字技术的快速演进促进了我国数字经济的磅发展,也为金融机构的数字化经营提供了巨大机遇和广衰沃土。渤海银行紧抓数字时代新机遇,把握零售金融客户密集和技术密集的特点,加速数字基础设施建设,深化零售业务数字化转型,努力实现零售金融高质量发展。China Bohai Bank focuses on the developmentof three-layer digitalization in retail banking,including digital infrastructure in the laas layer,digital capability platform in the Paas layer,and digital product services in the Saas layer,which provides enterprise-level capabilities of digital operational for various business segments.Taking integrated marketing as the core,Bohai Bank improved the customer's comprehensive operation and value creation capabilities.
