2020学年连云港市中小学生常见病监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解中小学生常见病患病情况,为教育和卫生等部门联合制定针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法收集授权使用的2020学年连云港市小学、初中、高中学生健康监测系统中学生常见病体检数据,对不同学段、性别、地区视力不良、龋齿、体质指数进行统计分析。结果连云港市2020学年710407名中小学生中视力不良率为68.13%,总龋患率为19.78%,超重率为17.81%,肥胖率为17.60%,生长迟缓率为0.98%,轻度消瘦率为1.58%,中重度消瘦率为1.52%。小学、初中、高中视力不良率之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);初中生长迟缓率为1.53%,小学为0.78%,高中为0.70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);小学肥胖率为20.49%,初中为14.96%,高中为11.17%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生视力不良率、恒龋患率、超重率随着学段的增加呈现上升的趋势(Z值分别为248.994、147.814、4.964,P均<0.05);而中重度消瘦、肥胖率则随着学段的增加整体呈现下降的趋势(Z值分别为-18.064、-78.256,P均<0.05)。城区学生视力不良率、超重、肥胖率分别为68.56%、18.92%、20.44%,郊县的分别为58.92%、16.93%、15.30%(P均<0.05),郊县总龋患率、生长迟缓率、轻度消瘦和中重度消瘦率分别为26.82%、1.16%、1.77%、1.68%,城区的分别为10.99%、0.76%、1.36%、1.33%(P均<0.05)。结论连云港市中小学生健康状况有待进一步改善,应该根据性别、年龄、地区差异采取针对性控制措施。Objective To investigate the prevalence of common diseases among primary and secondary school students,so as to provide evidence for the joint formulation of targeted interventions by education and health departments.Methods The physical examination data of common diseases in the health monitoring system of primary school,junior high school,and senior high school students in Lianyungang City in the 2020 school year were collected,and the poor vision,dental caries,and body mass index(BMI)of different school segments,genders,and regions were statistically analyzed.Results Among 710407 primary and secondary school students in Lianyungang City in 2020,the rate of poor vision was 68.13%,the total caries rate was 19.78%,the overweight rate was 17.81%,the obesity rate was 17.60%,the growth retardation rate was0.98%,the rate of mild emaciation was 1.58%,and the rate of moderate to severe emaciation was 1.52%.The difference in the rates of poor vision among primary,junior high,and senior high school students was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stunting rate was 1.53%in junior high school students,0.78%in primary school students,and 0.70%in senior high school students,and the difference among them was statistically significant(P<0.05).The obesity rate was 20.49%in primary school students,14.96%in junior high school students,and 11.17%in high school students,which was statistically significantly different(P<0.05).The rate of poor vision,constant caries,and overweight showed an increasing trend with the increase of school segments(Z=248.994,147.814,4.964,all P<0.05).The rates of moderate to severe emaciation and obesity showed an overall downward trend with the increase of the school segments(Z=-18.064,-78.256,both P<0.05).The rates of poor vision,overweight,and obesity among urban students were 68.56%,18.92%,and 20.44%,respectively,and 58.92%,16.93%,and 15.30%among the students in suburban counties(P<0.05).The total caries incidence rate,growth retardation rate,mild,and moderate to severe emaciation rates among the st
