摘 要:高校性与生殖健康教育的重要性已被普遍认可,实践者和研究者都在努力提升大学生性与生殖健康教育的效果。本文系统回顾2018年以来的相关研究,发现高校性与生殖健康教育的干预对象已关注到特定人群,干预的形式更为多样,结局的选择和测量更多元,现有研究均报告了积极的干预结果。但现有研究在研究对象的选择和分组、干预方案的构建、结局变量及其测量工具和偏倚控制方面仍存在不足。未来应加强研究设计的科学性,以提高研究结果的可靠性和干预方案的可推广性。The importance of sexual and reproductive health education in colleges and universities has been widely recognized,and practitioners and researchers are working hard to improve the effectiveness of sexual and reproductive health education among college students.This article systematically reviews relevant studies since 2018 and finds that the intervention targets of sexual and reproductive health education in colleges and universities have focused on specific populations,the forms of intervention are more diverse,the selection and measurement of outcomes are more diverse,and the existing studies have reported positive intervention outcomes.However,the existing studies still had deficiencies in the selection and grouping of participants,the construction of intervention protocols,outcome variables,their measurement tools,and control for bias.In the future,the study design should be strengthened scientifically to improve the reliability of the study findings and the generalization of the intervention program.
