理塘县野生山莨菪中4种莨菪烷类生物碱的含量测定

摘　　要：目的:通过采集和测定理塘县不同产地野生山莨菪药材中4种莨菪烷类生物碱含量,为理塘县山莨菪种植及产业发展提供参考数据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定理塘县不同产地野生山莨菪药材中生物碱含量。结果:理塘县不同乡镇的12批野生山莨菪根样品中樟柳碱、山莨菪碱、东莨菪碱和阿托品4种生物碱含量的差异较大,樟柳碱含量在0001%~0326%之间、山莨菪碱含量在0016%~0124%之间、东莨菪碱含量在0~0063%之间、阿托品含量在0038%~0342%之间、4种生物碱总量在0066%~0604%之间。结论:该县具有发展山莨菪特色种植产业的巨大潜力,建议以高塘镇、藏坝乡、濯桑乡等乡镇为核心建立山莨菪种植繁育和示范基地,并结合林草资源特点发展山莨菪仿野生栽培。Objective:To provide reference data for the planting and industrial development of Scopolamine in Litang County by collec-ting and measuring the contents of four kinds of Scopolamine alkaloids in wild Scopolamine from different habitats in Litang County.Method:HPLC was used to determine the alkaloid content of wild anisodamine in different producing areas of Litang County.Result:The contents of anisodine,anisodamine,scopolamine and atropine in 12 lots of wild anisodamine root samples from different towns in Litang County were quite different,the content of anisodine ranged from 0001%to 0326%,the content of anisodamine ranged from 0016%to 0124%,the content of scopolamine ranged from 0 to 0063%,the atropine content ranges from 0038%to 0342%,the total amount of the four al-kaloids ranged from 0066%to 0604%.Conclusion:The county has a great potential to develop the characteristic planting industry of ani-sodamine.It is suggested to establish the planting,breeding and demonstration bases of anisodamine with Gaotang Town,Zangba Town-ship,Zhuosang Township and other towns as the core,and develop the wild cultivation of anisodamine with the characteristics of forest and grass resources.
