布病疫苗M5-90Δ26临床效果评估

摘　　要：在内蒙古自治区7个规模羊场,通过免前检测评估分别筛选A组(阳性羊群)、B组(阴性羊群)、C组(流产严重羊群)、D组(怀孕羊群),以皮下注射免疫方式接种M5-90Δ26株布病疫苗,在接种疫苗后24~48h内观察和记录免疫羊的健康状况,并在接种后14d、21d、28d、35d、60d、120d、150d分别采集血清,用虎红平板凝集实验检测并分析A、B、C、D组的抗体阳性率、阳性羊群免后治愈率、流产羊群怀孕率,评估布鲁氏菌病冻干活疫苗(M5-90Δ26株)的安全性和有效性。结果表明:接种后24~48h内,免疫羊只未见不良反应;A组阳性羊群免疫M5-90Δ26疫苗后120d转阴率达80.56%;B组阴性羊群免疫后150d转阴率达91.72%;C组羊群免前流产率达85%以上,使用布病M5-90Δ26疫苗半年后,羊群怀孕率达100%,表明其减少了因布病引起的流产;对D组怀孕羊群生下的羔羊检测发现,羔羊1~2月母源抗体40%~50%,3月龄后羔羊母源抗体基本消失。上述研究表明,布鲁氏菌病冻干活疫苗(M5-90Δ26株)在临床上安全有效,可在各区域适当推广应用。To evaluate the clinical effect of the brucellosis vaccine M5-90Δ26,seven large-scale sheep farms in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were selected,and group A(positive flock),group B(negative flock),group C(flock with severe abortion),and group D(pregnant flock)were screened for immunization with the brucellosis vaccine strain M5-90Δ26by subcutaneous injection,and observed and recorded 24to 48hafter vaccination.The health status of the immunized sheep was observed and recorded from 24to 48hafter vaccination,and sera were collected at 14d,21d,28d,35d,60d,120d,and 150dafter vaccination.Then,use Rose Bengal plate test to detect and analyze the antibody positivity rate,post-immunization cure rate of positive flocks,and pregnancy rate of aborted flocks in groups A,B,C,and D,to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the live lyophilized brucellosis vaccine(M5-90Δ26strain).The results showed that no adverse reactions were observed in immunized sheep from 24to 48hafter vaccination;the conversion rate of positive sheep in group A reached 80.56%at 120dafter immunization with M5-90Δ26 vaccine;the conversion rate of negative sheep in group B reached 91.72%at 150dafter immunization;the abortion rate of sheep in group C reached more than 85%before immunization,and the pregnancy rate of sheep reached 100%after using brucellosis M5-90Δ26vaccine for six months.The results showed that brucellosis M5-90Δ26vaccine reduced abortions caused by brucellosis.In group D,tests on lambs born to pregnant flocks revealed that maternal antibodies to lambs ranged from 40%to 50%from 1to 2months,and basically disappeared after 3months of age.The above study showed that live lyophilized brucellosis vaccine(M5-90Δ26strain)is safe and effective when applied clinically,and can be properly promoted and applied in all regions.
