摘　　要：目前,商品化口蹄疫检测试剂盒众多,但质量评估方法并不完善,只是在使用时通过主观判断或者简单的数据对比来评估试剂盒的检测效果。采用细胞中和抗体和O型、A型口蹄疫液相阻断ELISA方法,对不同品牌试剂盒的符合率、敏感性和特异性进行检测,从中筛选优质试剂盒应用于临床,同时为制定相应的免疫程序提供科学依据。对6种试剂盒的敏感性符合率、特异性进行数据对比发现,试剂盒E的试剂盒符合率最高,中和抗体效果表现为E试剂盒>C试剂盒>B试剂盒>A试剂盒>F试剂盒>D试剂盒;以兰州兽医研究所研制的O、A型口蹄疫液相阻断ELISA试剂盒为标准,结果表现为a试剂盒>b试剂盒>d试剂盒>c试剂盒>e试剂盒,试剂盒a与兰州兽医研究所试剂盒阳性符合率一致性最高。At present,there are a large number of commercial foot-and-mouth disease detection kits,but the quality assessment methods are not perfect.Only subjective judgment or simple data comparison is used to evaluate the detection effect of the kits.The coincidence rate,sensitivity and specificity of different brands of kits were detected by cell neutralizing antibody and foot-and-mouth disease liquid phase blocking ELISA method of type O and type A,from which high-quality kits were screened for clinical application,in order to provide scientific basis for the formulation of corresponding immune procedures.By comparing the data of sensitivity and specificity of the 6kits,it was found that kit E had the highest kit coincidence rate,and the neutralizing effect of antibody was E Kit>C kit>B kit>A kit>F kit>D kit.Based on the liquid-phase blocking ELISA kit for type O and type A of foot-and-mouth disease developed by Lanzhou Veterinary Research Institute,the results showed that kit a>Kit b>Kit d>kit c>kit e,and kit a had the highest positive coincidence rate with Kit A.
