钝叶瓦松水提取物对胰岛素代谢途径突变体果蝇代谢紊乱的影响

摘  要:胰岛素代谢途径对生物体的生长发育至关重要。为研究钝叶瓦松Orostachys malacophyllus水提取物对胰岛素代谢的影响,采用玉米粉-酵母培养基(普通培养基)喂食野生型和胰岛素代谢途径突变体果蝇,采用含有10%钝叶瓦松水提取物的普通培养基喂食突变体果蝇,并比较各组果蝇的蛹壳体积、成虫面积、翅膀面积和脂质代谢水平。结果表明,与野生型果蝇相比,普通培养基喂食的突变体果蝇的蛹壳体积、成虫面积和翅膀面积减小,脂肪代谢水平降低。喂食钝叶瓦松水提取物后,上述指标得到恢复,表明钝叶瓦松水提取物能够缓解胰岛素突变体果蝇的代谢紊乱。Insulin metabolic pathway is essential for the growth and development of the organism.To study the effects of Orostachys malacophyllus.aqueous extract on insulin metabolism,we used cornmeal-yeast medium(normal medium)to feed wild type and insulin metabolic pathway mutant fruit flies(Drosophila melanogaster),and used normal medium containing 10%Orostachys malacophyllus.aqueous extract to feed mutant fruit flies.In addition,pupa shell volume,adult size,wing area and lipid metabolism of the fruit flies from three groups were determined.The results showed that compared with wild-type fruit flies,pupa size,adult size,and wing area decreased in mutant flies reared with normal medium,and the level of lipid metabolism was reduced.After supplementing Orostachys malacophyllus.aqueous extract,the above defects were relieved,indicating that Orostachys malacophyllus.aqueous extract can alleviate the metabolic disorders of insulin mutant fruit flies.
