摘　　要：目的对1例艾滋病感染者窗口期检测进行分析,为处理类似事件提供参考。方法2021年9月2日初筛实验经秦皇岛保健中心采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)与胶体金法检测,2021年9月8日首次确证经秦皇岛市疾控中心实验室采用蛋白印迹法(WB)试验检测,2021年9月14日二次确证实验经北京国际旅行卫生保健中心艾滋病确证实验室采用蛋白印迹法(WB)试验检测,2021年10月14日最终确证实验经秦皇岛市疾控中心实验室采用蛋白印迹法(WB)试验检测。结果2021年9月2日初筛结论待确定,9月9日首次确证检测结论不确定,9月14日二次确证检测结论HIV-1抗体不确定,10月14日最终确证实验检测结论阳性。结论本文对艾滋病窗口期的特点进行了阐述,从而提高艾滋病的防控意识,通过及时筛查和尽早干预,延缓疾病进展,并遏制病毒进一步传播的风险。Objective To analyze the window test of the HIV infected case and provide reference for similar events.Methods On September 2,2021,the preliminary screening test was detected by enzyme-linked immuno-assay(ELISA)and colloidal gold method in Qinhuangdao Health Center.On September 8,2021,it was confirmed for the first time by Western blot(WB)test in the laboratory of Qinhuangdao Center for Disease Control and Preven-tion.On September 14,2021,the second confirmation test was detected by the AIDS Confirmation Laboratory of Beijing International Travel Health Care Center by Western blot(WB)test,and on October 14,2021,the final con-firmation test was detected by the laboratory of Qinhuangdao Center for Disease Control and Prevention by western blot(WB)test.Results The preliminary screening conclusion on September 2,2021 was to be confirmed.On Sep-tember 9,the first confirmed test conclusion was inconclusive.On September 14,the secondary confirmation test conclusion was HIV-1 antibody was uncertainty.On October 14,the final confirmation test conclusion was posi-tive.Conclusion In this paper,the characteristics of the window period of AIDS were described,so as to enhance the awareness of AIDS prevention and control.Through timely screening and early intervention,the disease progress can be slowed down and the risk of further spread of the virus can be curbed.
