摘　　要：本文对马巴贝斯虫病的镜检法、补体结合试验、间接荧光免疫试验、酶联免疫吸附试验、免疫色析法、DNA探针法、聚合酶链反应、血液再次接种、体外培养等检测技术进行了综述,对9种检测方法用于马巴贝斯虫病的检测作了简要介绍,为进一步研究马巴贝斯虫病提供参考。This paper gave a review of the diagnostic methods for Babesia equi disease by introducing nine detec-tion technologies including microscopic examination,complement fixation test,indirect fluorescent antibody test,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,immune colloidal gold assay,nucleic acid hybridization,polymerase chain re-action,blood reinoculation test and in-vitro culture,and provided references for the further research of Babesia equi.
