摘　　要：对信息化、数字化和智能化三者关系认知宽泛模糊不仅影响战略规划的清晰度和科学性,导致产业和企业在执行时的低效甚至无效,而且失去智能化融合赋能战略性新兴产业的最佳时机,进一步拉大我国在此领域与欧美等发达国家的整体差距。针对三者关系区分不当造成的后果,本文在厘清信息化、数字化和智能化内涵特征的基础上,提炼出三者的迭代演进逻辑,并从技术范式、架构体系和融合能力三个维度对三者融合战略性新兴产业的潜力进行对比,论证智能化是最具潜质的融合模式,在此基础上从融合指数、驱动因素、效应评估和路径优化四个方面建构智能化融合战略性新兴产业研究框架。The broad and fuzzy cognition of the relationship between informatization,digitalization and intellectualization not only affects the clarity and scientificity of strategic planning,leading to inefficiency or even ineffectiveness in the implementation of industries and enterprises,but also loses the best opportunity for intellectualization's integration and empowerment with strategic emerging industries,which will further widen the overall gap between China and western developed countries such as Europe and the United States in this field.Aiming at the consequences caused by the improper distinction,this paper firstly clarifies the connotation and features of informatization,digitalization and intellectualization,extracting the iterative evolution logic behind them.Next,this paper compares their integration potential with strategic emerging industries from three dimensions of technological paradigm,system architecture and integration capability,demonstrating that intellectualization is the most potential integration mode.Finally,the future research framework of intellectualization integration of strategic emerging industries is proposed from four aspects:integration index,driving factors,effect evaluation and path optimization.
