摘　　要：目的对《帕金森病中医临床诊疗指南》专家调查问卷中医证型部分结果进行分析。方法在文献研究基础上,提取证型,根据主题设计《帕金森病中医临床诊疗指南》专家调查问卷,通过问卷网将问卷链接推送给全国二级以上中医院,由神经内科医生填写,回收问卷后对调查结果进行统计、分析和筛选。结果共回收问卷131份,其中有效问卷103份,来自全国49所医院,专家积极性和专业水平较高,地区分布广,具有代表性,筛选出获得同意意见程度高、协调程度高的帕金森病运动症状5个证型和常见的非运动症状共计20个常见证型。结论本次问卷调查总结出帕金森病中医证型诊断,为后续拟定《帕金森病中医临床诊疗指南》治疗方案部分奠定基础。Objective To analyze the results of the expert questionnaires of TCM syndrome types in the Guidelines of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment for Parkinson Disease in TCM.Methods On the basis of literature research,syndrome types were extracted,expert questionnaires were designed according to the theme of the Guidelines of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment for Parkinson Disease in TCM and the questionnaire links were pushed to TCM hospitals above the second level nationwide through the questionnaire network,which were filled in by neurologists.After the questionnaire was recovered,the survey results were statistically analyzed and screened.Results A total of 131 questionnaires were collected,including 103 valid questionnaires from 49 hospitals across the country.Experts have a high level of enthusiasm and expertise,with a wide regional distribution and representativeness.5 common TCM syndrome types of motor symptom and 20 TCM syndrome types of common non-motor symptoms of Parkinson Disease with high degree of consent and coordination were identified.Conclusion This questionnaire survey can well summarize the diagnosis of TCM syndrome types of Parkinson Disease,and lay a foundation for the subsequent formulation of the treatment plan of the Guidelines of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment for Parkinson Disease in TCM.
