COOK球囊联合缩宫素在足月妊娠引产产妇中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察COOK球囊联合缩宫素在足月妊娠引产产妇中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月该院收治的92例足月妊娠引产产妇进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组采用缩宫素引产,观察组在对照组基础上联合COOK球囊引产。比较两组引产前后宫颈Bishop评分、产程时间、自然分娩率和并发症发生率。结果:引产后,两组宫颈Bishop评分均高于引产前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程及总产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自然分娩率为91.30%(42/46),高于对照组的71.74%(33/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.52%(3/46),低于对照组的21.74%(10/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:COOK球囊联合缩宫素应用于足月妊娠引产产妇可提高宫颈Bishop评分和自然分娩率,缩短产程,降低并发症发生率,效果优于单纯缩宫素引产。Objective:To observe application effects of COOK balloon combined with Oxytocin in induced labor of patients with fullterm pregnancy.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 92 full-term pregnant women admitted to this hospital from January to December 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each group.The control group was induced by Oxytocin,while the observation group was induced by COOK balloon on the basis of that of the control group.The cervical Bishop score before and after induced labor,the labor time,the natural delivery rate,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After the induced labor,the cervical Bishop scores of the two groups were higher than those before the induced labor,that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the observation group was 91.30%(42/46),which was higher than 71.74%(33/46)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.52%(3/46),which was lower than 21.74%(10/46)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The COOK balloon combined with Oxytocin in the full-term pregnant women with induced labor can improve the cervical Bishop scores and the natural delivery rate,shorten the labor process and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to single Oxytocin induced labor.
