摘 要:目的:观察PDCA循环管理联合数字化管理在医院药房管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年2月该院实施常规管理的254张处方作为对照组,选取2021年3月至2022年2月该院实施PDCA循环管理联合数字化管理的254张处方作为观察组。比较两组药房管理质量评分、药房工作效率、药品调配差错率、药品报损率和账实相符率。结果:观察组药房环境、药品分类放置、药品保存方法等药房管理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组调配药品时间、取药等候时间、药物盘点时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药品调配差错率为0.39%,低于对照组的3.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药品报损率低于对照组,账实相符率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理联合数字化管理应用于医院药房管理中可提高药房管理质量评分、药房工作效率和账实相符率,降低药品调配差错率和药品报损率,其效果优于常规管理。Objective:To observe application effects of PDCA cycle management combined with digital management in hospital pharmacy management.Methods:254 prescriptions of routine management in this hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected as control group,and 254 prescriptions of PDCA cycle management combined with digital management from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected as observation group.The pharmacy management quality score,the pharmacy work efficiency,the drug dispensing error rate,the drug reporting loss rate,and the account coincidence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The pharmacy management quality scores such as pharmacy environment,drug classification and placement,and drug preservation methods in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pharmacy work efficiency such as dispensing drugs,waiting for taking drugs and drug inventory time in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The drug dispensing error rate in the observation group was 0.39%,which was lower than 3.94%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the drug report loss rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the account coincidence rate was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The PDCA cycle management combined with the digital management in the hospital pharmacy management can improve the pharmacy management quality score,the pharmacy work efficiency and the account coincidence rate,and reduce the drug dispensing error rate and the drug loss reporting rate.Moreover,it is superior to the routine management.
