人文关怀护理在成人急性淋巴细胞白血病化疗患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察人文关怀护理在成人急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年10月该院收治的84例成人ALL化疗患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施人文关怀护理,两组均持续护理2个月。比较两组护理前后负性情绪[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)]评分、生命质量[生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)]评分、安德森症状评估量表(MDASI)评分,以及护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组HAMA、HAMD-17评分和MDASI第一部分、第二部分评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组QLQ-C30评分、护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀护理应用于成人ALL化疗患者可提高生命质量评分和护理满意度,降低负性情绪评分和MDASI评分,效果优于单纯常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of humanistic care nursing in adult patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 84 adult patients with ALL undergoing chemotherapy admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to October 2022.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the humanistic care nursing on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups received continuous nursing for 2 months.The scores of negative emotions[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),17-item Hamilton depression scale(HAMD-17)],quality of life[quality of life questionnaire-C30(QLQ-C30)]and Anderson symptom assessment scale(MDASI),and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the scores of HAMA,HAMD-17 and the first and second parts of MDASI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the QLQ-C30 score and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The humanistic care nursing in the adult ALL patients undergoing chemotherapy can improve the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction,and reduce the negative emotion scores and the MDASI scores.Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
