摘　　要：目的:分析西药处方管理中实施药学服务的应用价值。方法:抽取南华大学附属第二医院2021年2月至2022年2月西药处方100张设为对照组,接受常规处方管理;抽取2022年3月至2023年3月西药处方100张设为观察组,接受药学服务管理。比较两组西药不合理处方情况。结果:观察组不合理处方率为2.00%,低于对照组的27.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药学服务应用在西药处方管理中,可减少其中不合理处方。Objective To analyze the application value of pharmaceutical care in the management of western medicine prescription.Methods 100 western medicine prescriptions from the Second Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as a control group for routine prescription management;100 western medicine prescriptions from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as an observation group to receive pharmaceutical care management.Compare the unreasonable prescription of western medicine in the two groups.Results The unreasonable prescription rate in the observation group was 2.00%,lower than 27.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pharmaceutical care in the prescription management of western medicine,which can reduce the unreasonable prescription.
