摘 要:为准确量化不同输水系统布置形式对机组安全稳定性的影响,本文基于实际工程数据,针对同一电站场景,通过对比首部式和中部式开发方式、一洞四机和两洞四机的洞机组合方式以及取消或设置上游调压室三种不同布置形式的大波动过渡过程动态响应参数,探究不同布置形式对机组特性的影响。结果表明:采用中部式、一洞四机以及取消上游调压室的布置形式时蜗壳进口压力分别增加2.25%、3.20%、4.49%;采用一洞四机和取消上游调压室的布置形式时尾水管进口压力分别减小1.43%、0.97%,而机组转速最大上升率分别增大2.76%、3.02%。同时,在设置尾水调压室的前提下,当引、尾水支管长度之比相近时,首部式和中部式布置方案的尾水管进口最小压力相近,这对优化抽水蓄能电站输水系统布置具有一定的参考意义。In order to accurately quantify the influence of different water conveyance system layouts on the safety and stability of the unit,based on the actual engineering data,this paper compares the dynamic response parameters of the large fluctuation transient process of three different layout forms of the head-type and middle-type development modes of the plant,the combination mode of four units per penstock and two units per penstock,and the cancellation or setting of the upper surge chamber,for the same power station scenario,and explores the influence of different layouts on the characteristics of the unit.The results show that the spiral case inlet pressure increases by 2.25%,3.20%and 4.49%respectively when the layout form of the middle-type development mode of the plant,four units per penstock and canceling the upper surge chamber.When the layout form of four units per penstock and canceling the upper surge chamber,the draft tube inlet pressure decreases by 1.43%and 0.97%respectively,while the maximum rising ratio of rotating speed increases by 2.76%and 3.02%respectively.At the same time,under the premise of setting the tailwater surge chamber,when the length ratio of the diversion branch pipe and the tailwater branch pipe is similar,the minimum inlet pressure of draft tube in the head-type and middle-type layout schemes is similar.It has a certain reference significance for optimizing the layout of water conveyance system of pumped storage power station.
