六味地黄丸联合二甲双胍治疗肾阴亏虚型2型糖尿病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察六味地黄丸联合二甲双胍治疗肾阴亏虚型2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法回顾性选取2021年5月—2022年5月福建中医药大学附属康复医院收治的肾阴亏虚型2型糖尿病患者84例,根据治疗方法不同分为二甲双胍组42例与联合用药组42例。二甲双胍组患者予以盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗,联合用药组在二甲双胍组基础上予以六味地黄丸,2组患者均持续治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前及治疗3个月后血糖、血脂指标及尿糖、尿微量白蛋白水平,不良反应。结果联合用药组总有效率为95.24%,高于二甲双胍组的80.95%(χ^(2)=4.086,P=0.043)。治疗3个月后,2组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白,三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于治疗前,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于治疗前,且联合用药组降低/升高幅度大于二甲双胍组(P<0.05或P<0.01);2组尿糖及尿微量白蛋白低于治疗前,且联合用药组低于二甲双胍组(P<0.01)。二甲双胍组与联合用药组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(7.14%vs.4.76%,P=1.000)。结论六味地黄丸联合二甲双胍治疗肾阴亏虚型2型糖尿病可增强疗效,可更有效地调节糖脂代谢,改善肾功能,且具有较高的安全性。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang pills combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods Eighty-four patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney admitted to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Rehabilitation Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were retrospectively selected,and they were divided into the metformin group and the combination group according to different treatment methods,42 cases in each group.Patients in the metformin group were treated with metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets and patients in the combination group were treated with Liuwei Dihuang pills on the basis of the metformin group,both groups were treated for 3 months.Clinical efficacy,blood glucose and lipid indexes,urine glucose and urine microalbumin levels before and after 3 months of treatment were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was 95.24%,which was higher than 80.95%of the metformin group(χ^(2)=4.086,P=0.043).After 3 months of treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and triacylglycerol,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and high density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that before treatment,and the decrease/increase in the combination group was greater than that in the metformin group(P<0.05 or P<0.01);Urine glucose and urine microalbumin of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the combination group were lower than metformin group(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the metformin group and the combination group(7.14%vs.4.76%,P=1.000).Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang pills combined with metformin can enhance the efficacy in
