坤泰胶囊联合芬吗通治疗围绝经期综合征的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察坤泰胶囊联合芬吗通治疗围绝经期综合征(MPS)的临床效果。方法选取2020年9月—2022年9月安源区妇幼保健院收治的MPS患者70例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组予芬吗通治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用坤泰胶囊治疗,2组均持续治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后血清性激素[黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))]水平、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量(PSQI)评定表]评分、生活质量评分及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的77.14%(χ^(2)=4.200,P=0.040);治疗3个月后,2组LH、FSH水平较治疗前降低,E_(2)水平较治疗前升高,且观察组降低/升高幅度大于对照组(P均<0.01);2组PSQI量表评分、血管舒缩症状、生理症状、心理症状及性生活评分较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P均<0.01);观察组与对照组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(8.57%vs.5.71%,χ^(2)=0.215,P=0.643)。结论坤泰胶囊联合芬吗通能提高MPS临床治疗效果,改善血清性激素水平,提高患者睡眠质量与生活质量,安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kuntai capsules combined with femoston in the treatment of menopausal syndrome(MPS).Methods Seventy MPS patients admitted to Anyuan District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with femoston,and the observation group was treated with Kuntai capsules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Compared the clinical efficacy,serum levels of sex hormones[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2))],sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)]scores,and quality of life scores before and after treatment,and adverse reactions between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,higher than 77.14%in the control group(χ^(2)=4.200,P=0.040).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of LH and FSH in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,while E_(2) levels increased compared to before treatment,and the degree of decrease or increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(all P<0.01).The PSQI scale scores,vasomotor symptoms,physiological symptoms,psychological symptoms,and sexual activity scores of the two groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(8.57%vs.5.71%,χ^(2)=0.215,P=0.643).Conclusion Kuntai capsules combined with femoston can improve the clinical treatment effect of MPS,improve serum sex hormone levels,improve patients′sleep quality and quality of life,and have high safety.
