摘　　要：目的通过对某院住院患者利伐沙班的使用情况进行调查分析,为某院临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集某院2021年1月~12月住院期间应用利伐沙班患者的病历资料共计525份,并对利伐沙班的临床适应证、用药剂量、联用其他抗凝药物及出血并发症等进行回顾性调查分析。结果某院利伐沙班主要用于房颤、静脉血栓形成、骨科术后静脉血栓形成的预防和治疗,住院患者用药剂量范围为5~40 mg/d。应用利伐沙班发生出血并发症发生率为0.57%,主要为牙龈出血。结论临床使用利伐沙班较为广泛,其疗效与安全性高,但住院患者在使用利伐沙班时会存在不合理应用情况,临床药师需积极开展对利伐沙班的用药干预和药学监护,以保障患者的用药合理性。Objective To provide reference for clinical rational drug use in a hospital by investigating and analyzing the use of rivaroxaban in inpatients.Methods A total of 525 medical records of patients receiving rivaroxaban during hospitalization from January 2021 to December 2021 in a hospital were collected,and the clinical indications,dosage,combined use of other anticoagulants and bleeding complications of rivaroxaban were retrospectively analyzed.Results Rivaroxaban was mainly used for the prevention and treatment of atrial fibrillation,venous thrombosis and postoperative venous thrombosis after orthopedic surgery in a hospital,and the dosage range of inpatients was 5~40 mg/d.Bleeding complication rate of rivaroxaban was 0.57%,mainly gingival bleeding.Conclusion Rivaroxaban is widely used in clinical practice,and its efficacy and safety are high.However,there may be unreasonable application of rivaroxaban in inpatients.Clinical pharmacists should actively carry out drug intervention and pharmaceutical care of rivaroxaban to ensure the rationality of drug use of patients.
