摘　　要：目的 探讨ABC分类法优化医院药库库存管理中的局限性和改进策略。方法 依据某院2022年10~12月药库药品出库数据,将药品进行ABC分类,并对分类结果进行分析。结果 全院1 225种药品按ABC分类法进行分类,归为C类共779种,占全部库存品种63.59%,占全部出库金额的10.01%。多种麻醉药品、精神药品、抢救药品、国家组织集中采购药品被归为C类。结论 运用ABC分类法管理药库库存受药品治疗价值、规章制度、国家政策等多方面因素制约,要求管理人员分析ABC结果结合制约因素,明确需要重点管理的药品种类,更好地运用ABC分类法管理药库库存。Objective To analyze the limitations of the ABC analysis method in drug inventory management,and improve strategies.Methods According to the drug warehouse delivery data of a hospital from October to December in 2022,the drugs were classified by ABC,and the classification results were analyzed.Results A total of 1225 kinds of hospital drug inventory were collected by ABC analysis method,which had 779 C category drugs,occupying 63.59%of total inventory species,accounting for 10.01%of the total amount,A variety of narcotic drugs,psychotropic drugs,first-aid medicines and national centralized drug volume-based procurement were classified as category C.Conclusion Using the ABC analysis method to manage drug inventory is restricted by many factors such as drug treatment value,rules and regulations,and national policies.Managers are required to analyse the ABC results and the restriction factors to clarify the types of drugs that need to be managed mainly,so as to better use ABC analysis method to manage drug inventory.
