摘 要:目的通过对大学生结核病健康教育的模式、效果开展比较研究,探讨朋辈交流教育模式在高校结核病防治健康教育工作中的应用前景,为进一步拓展、优化高校结核病健康教育工作提供参考。方法应用随机整群抽样法,选取烟台某高校2022年9月入学的新生927人分为A组和B组,分别采用常规教育模式和朋辈交流教育模式开展大学生结核病防治健康教育,并在教育干预前后开展问卷调查和组间比较,对2种模式的健康教育干预效果进行比较和评价。结果干预前,A组与B组研究对象结核病防治核心知识总知晓率分别为36.32%和33.70%,二者比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.689,P=0.407)。干预后,B组研究对象的知识维度各类条目知晓率和结核病防治核心知识总知晓率均高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,A组与B组研究对象在结核病防治态度维度3个条目上的得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,B组研究对象在结核病防治态度维度3个条目上的得分均高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,A组与B组研究对象在结核病预防行为维度3类条目上的得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,B组研究对象在结核病预防行为维度3类条目上的得分均高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论朋辈交流教育模式是符合新时代大学生行为特征、交流方式的新型高校结核病防治健康教育模式,其在提升大学生结核病防治核心知识知晓率及知信行水平方面效果明显,前景可期。Objective This paper aims to explore the application of peer communication education in tuberculosis prevention health education by comparing the mode and effect of prevention health education on them to provide evidence for further expansion and optimization of the prevention and cure health education in colleges and universities.Methods A total of 927 freshmen enrolled in Yantai University in September 2022 were randomly assigned to group A and group B.Routine education and peer communication education were used to carry out tuberculosis prevention and cure health education for college students.A questionnaire survey and intergroup comparison were carried out before and after educational intervention to compare and evaluate the effect of health education intervention between the two modes.Results Before intervention,the total awareness rate of core knowledge of tuberculosis prevention was 36.32% in group A and 33.70% in group B,without significant differences between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.689,P=0.407).After intervention,the awareness rate of various items in the knowledge dimension and the total awareness rate of core knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and cure of the participants in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).Before intervention,no significant differences were observed in the scores of the three items in the attitude dimension of tuberculosis prevention and cure among participants in groups A and B(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of all three items in the tuberculosis prevention and cure attitude dimension of the participants in group B were significantly higher than those in the group A(P<0.05).Before intervention,no significant differences were found in the scores of the three items in the tuberculosis prevention and cure behavior dimension between participants in groups A and B(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of the participants in group B in the three items of tuberculosis prevention and cure behavior dimension were significantly higher than those in gro
