摘　　要：目的探讨家属陪伴分娩联合舒适护理对自然分娩初产妇产程、疼痛程度及分娩结局的影响。方法选取2021年5月—2022年4月在驻马店市中心医院进行自然分娩的104例初产妇为研究对象,按照护理方法不同分为观察组与对照组,每组52例。对照组产妇给予舒适护理干预,观察组产妇给予家属陪伴分娩联合舒适护理干预。比较2组产妇产程、疼痛程度、分娩结局、恢复情况及护理满意度等指标。结果观察组产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程及总产程时长均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.162,P=0.031)。观察组产妇不良分娩结局发生率为5.77%(3/52),低于对照组的23.08%(12/52),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.310,P=0.012)。观察组产妇产后24 h出血量小于对照组,泌乳启动时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇护理满意度为96.15%(50/52),高于对照组的82.69%(43/52),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.981,P=0.026)。结论自然分娩初产妇给予家属陪伴分娩联合舒适护理干预,有助于缩短产程,减轻产妇疼痛程度,改善分娩结局和恢复情况,提高护理满意度。Objective This paper aims to investigate the effect of family companion delivery combined with comfort nursing on the labor process,pain degree and delivery outcome of primipara with spontaneous delivery.Methods A total of 104 primiparas who underwent spontaneous delivery in Zhumadian Central Hospital from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the participants and assigned to the observation group and the control group following different nursing methods,with 52 cases in each group.The parturients in the control group received comfort nursing intervention,and the parturients in the observation group family members'companion delivery combined with comfort nursing intervention.The labor process,pain degree,delivery outcome,recovery and degree of satisfaction with nursing of the parturients in the two groups were compared.Results The first,second,third stages of labor,and the total labor in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The maternal pain in the observation group was significantly lighter than that in the control group(Z=2.162,P=0.031).The incidence rate of adverse delivery outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group[5.77%(3/52)vs.23.08%(12/52);χ^(2)=6.310,P=0.012].The bleeding volume at 24 h after delivery in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the lactation initiation time was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group[96.15%(50/52)vs.82.69%(43/52);χ^(2)=4.981,P=0.026].Conclusion Spontaneous delivery of primipara with family members accompanied by delivery combined with comfort nursing intervention is conducive to shortening the stage of labor,reducing the degree of maternal pain,improving the outcome and recovery of delivery,and raising the degree of satisfaction with nursing.
