混合式海外华文教师培训的优势与展望

摘　　要：信息化技术的发展对海外华文教育和华文教师培训的发展产生了深远的影响。在此背景下,推进混合式培训模式在海外华文教师培训上的应用与发展将成为应时之举,它将成为新形势下海外华文教师培训的新模式。通过分析传统海外华文教师培训的优劣势和混合式海外华文教师培训的优势,并提出构建混合式海外华文教师培训的路径选择及建议,以期推进新形势下海外华文教育的蓬勃发展。The development of the information technology has had a profound impact on overseas Chinese language education and overseas Chinese language teacher training.It is high time to promote the application and development of blended training models in overseas Chinese language teacher training and it will become a new trend of overseas Chinese language teacher training in the new situations.Traditional models of overseas Chinese language teacher training were anaylzed in terms of advantages and disadvantages,and the advantages of blended training models of overseas Chinese language teacher training were elaborated before some suggestions were put forward for creating blended models of overseas Chinese language teacher training in order to promote the development of overseas Chinese language education in the new situations.
