摘  要:SF_(6)绝缘设备中的微量水分作为SF_(6)火花放电分解的反应物之一,会对SF_(6)分解产物分析(DCA)故障诊断方法的准确性造成较大影响。为了研究微量H_(2)O对SF_(6)气体在火花放电下产生的分解特征产物的影响,本文采用针-板模型模拟金属毛刺,开展SF_(6)气体在不同微量H_(2)O含量下的火花放电分解实验,得到了五种特征分解产物的变化特性与规律,在保持O_(2)含量一定的情况下,无论含有多少微量H_(2)O,SF_(6)火花放电分解产物均有CF_(4)、SOF_(2)、SO_(2)、SOF_(4)和SO_(2)F_(2),其含量均随放电时间延长而增加,且放电10 h后,各分解产物含量SOF_(2)>SO_(2)F_(2)>SOF_(4)>SO_(2)>CF_(4),微量H_(2)O越高,对SOF_(2)、SO_(2)F_(2)、SOF_(4)和SO_(2)生成的促进作用越大。The trace amount of H_(2)O in SF_(6)insulation equipment,as one of the components of SF_(6)spark discharge decomposition,have a significant influence on the accuracy of SF_(6)decomposition component analysis(DCA)fault diagnosis methods.In order to study the influence of trace amounts of H_(2)O on the characteristic decomposition components of SF_(6)under spark discharge,a needle plate model is used to simulate metal burrs in this paper.Spark discharge decomposition experiments are conducted on SF_(6)at different trace amounts of H_(2)O and the variation characteristics and laws of five characteristic decomposition components are obtained.Under the condition of maintaining a certain O_(2)content,regardless of the amount of trace amounts of H_(2)O,SF_(6)spark discharge decomposition components include the CF_(4),SOF_(2),SO_(2),SOF_(4)and SO_(2)F_(2).The contents of these components will increase with the prolongation of discharge time.After 10 hours of discharge,the content of each decomposition component is SOF_(2)>SO_(2)F_(2)>SOF_(4)>SO_(2)>CF_(4).The higher the trace amount of H_(2)O,the greater the promoting effect on the generation of SOF_(2),SO_(2)F_(2),SOF_(4),and SO_(2).
