摘　　要：目的系统评价远程血压监控对高血压患者血压管理的效果。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、中国知网、中国生物医学文献服务系统、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台、万方医学网等数据库中关于远程血压监控对高血压患者干预效果的随机对照试验,采用RevMan5.4软件进行meta分析。结果共纳入18项随机对照试验,6748例患者。与常规护理比较,远程血压监控可有效降低高血压患者收缩压、舒张压,提高用药依从性、用药依从率,未增加患者的治疗总费用(均数差=-6.12、-3.22、0.58,95%可信区间:-7.90~-4.35、-4.80~-1.65、0.39~0.76,P<0.0001、<0.0001、<0.0001)。结论远程血压监控能有效降低患者血压,提高用药依从性,是一种方便、有效的管理方法,值得在高血压患者中推广应用。Objective To systematically evaluate the effects of remote-blood-pressure-monitoring on blood pressure management of hypertension patients.Methods Searched by computer from Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,China National Knowledge Internet,Chinese BioMedical Literature Database,VIP and Wanfang Data to collect randomized controlled rials of remote-blood-pressure-monitoring on patients with hypertension.Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.4 software.Results A total of 18 studies,involving 6748 patients were included.Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group,remote-blood-pressure-monitoring could effectively reduce systolic blood pressure[MD=-6.12,95%CI(-7.90,-4.35),P<0.0001],diastolic blood pressure[MD=-3.22,95%CI(-4.80,-1.65),P<0.0001]and improve medication adherence[MD=0.58,95%CI(0.39,0.76),P<0.0001].Conclusion Remote-blood-pressure-monitoring can effectively reduce patients′blood pressure and improve medication adherence.It is a convenient and effective management method,which is worthy of popularization and application in patients with hypertension.
