新文科建设背景下商务英语专业实训课程改革与创新——以“国际商务礼仪实训”课程为例

摘　　要：随着新文科建设理念的深入,商务英语专业实训的系列课程得到了更多关注。调研结果显示,“国际商务礼仪实训”存在与课程体系的契合度不够、落地性欠强等问题。实训课程改革必须落实时代育人理念,优化能力培养体系与创新实践教学模式。不但要以立德树人为本,推进礼仪文化理解基础上的职业素质养成,还要在夯实学生商务知识与英语基础的同时,优化课程大环境,并构建适应区域经济与文化发展的实践能力培养体系。通过利用虚拟仿真实验、筹划课程实验与项目、建立复合型教学团队、融合高校美育工作重点等举措,推进商务英语专业人才培养模式的创新。With the concept of new liberal arts construction,professional training courses for business English major have received more attention.The survey results show that the integration of International Business Etiquette Training does not have enough compatibility with the curriculum system,and their correlation with employment is not close.The reform of practical training courses should implement the concept of educating people of the times,optimize the ability training system and innovate the practical teaching mode.We should not only promote the cultivation of professional quality based on morality education,but also optimize the curriculum environment and build a practical ability training system adapted to regional economic and cultural development in the process of consolidating students’business knowledge and English foundation.Through employing virtual simulation experiments,planning curriculum experiment and innovation,establishing compound teaching team and integrating college aesthetic education work focus,the innovation of the talent training scheme of business English major could be promoted.
