摘　　要：距离邓小平提出农业“两个飞跃”思想已经33年,农业“第一个飞跃”家庭联产承包责任制还属于初级阶段的集体经济,需要适时引导农业向“第二个飞跃”转变。农业“第二个飞跃”涵盖了发展适度规模经营和集体经济的内容,我们要正确理解“适度”规模的标准和依据,来驳斥“规模经营危害”的观点,提倡由政府来引导集体经济发展,为集体经济发展创造条件。我们要正确认识邓小平农业“两个飞跃”中“第一个飞跃”和“第二个飞跃”的辩证关系,对以集体经济作为农业的出路和方向抱有信心。It has been 33 years since Deng Xiaoping proposed the idea of"two leaps"in agriculture.The"first leap"in agriculture,the household contract responsibility system for joint production,is still a low-level collective economy,and it is necessary to timely guide the transformation of agriculture to the"second leap".The"second leap"in agriculture covers the development of moderate scale operation and collective economy.We need to correctly understand the standards and basis for"moderate"scale operation,refute the view of"harm of scale operation",and advocate for the government to guide the development of collective economy,creating conditions for the development of collective economy.We need to have a correct understanding of the dialectical relationship between the"first leap"and the"second leap"in Deng Xiaoping's"two leaps"in agriculture,so as to have confidence in using collective economy as the way out and direction for agriculture.
