摘  要:腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)引起的腰腿痛不仅影响患者正常的工作和休息,长期疼痛还会使患者产生不同程度的心理疾病。因此,缓解患者的痛苦并改善其生活质量是治疗的根本目的。胶原酶化学髓核溶解术在LDH治疗中的应用较早,随着其技术不断优化和发展,为患者带来了很好的临床效益。本文主要回顾并分析其在国内外的历史起源、发展历程及应用现状,并对其未来发展做出展望,以期为LDH的临床治疗提供参考。Lumbar and leg pain caused by lumbar disc herniation(LDH)not only affects the normal work and rest of patients,but also causes mental illness to varying degrees.Therefore,the fundamental purpose of treatment is to relieve the pain of patients and improve their quality of life.Collagenase chemonucleolysis has been applied in the treatment of LDH earlier,and with the continuous optimization and development of its technology,it has brought good clinical benefits for patients.This paper mainly reviews and analyzes its historical origin,development course and application status at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of LDH.
