摘　　要：高质量发展是中国式现代化的本质要求。文章深刻阐释高质量发展的现实逻辑与理论内涵,系统梳理高质量发展的实践历程,立体展现高质量发展的重大成就,以党的二十大新要求展望高质量发展路径。新时代的十年,中国深入贯彻新发展理念,着力构建新发展格局,成功走出了具有鲜明中国特色的高质量发展道路,取得了举世瞩目的伟大成就。具体表现为:创新能力显著提升,发展不平衡状况有效改善,美丽中国建设持续推进,高水平对外开放不断扩大,人民群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感显著增强。面向新征程,要增强国内大循环的内生动力和可靠性,加快建设现代化产业体系,全面推进乡村振兴,协同推进降碳、减污、扩绿、增长,提升国际循环质量和水平。High quality development is the essential requirement of Chinese path to modernization.This paper deeply explains the practical logic and theoretical connotation of high-quality development,systematically sorts out the practical process of high-quality development,presents the significant achievements of high-quality development in a threedimensional manner,and looks forward to the path of high-quality development based on the new requirements of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.In the decade of the new era,China has deeply implemented the new development concept,focused on building a new development pattern,and successfully embarked on a high-quality development path with distinct Chinese characteristics,achieving great achievements that have attracted worldwide attention.Specifically,the innovation capability has significantly improved.The imbalance in development has effectively improved.The construction of a beautiful China has continued to advance.High-level opening-up has continued to expand.And the people′s sense of gain,happiness,and security have significantly increased.Facing the new journey,we need to enhance the endogenous driving force and reliability of the domestic circulation,accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system,comprehensively promote rural revitalization,coordinate the promotion of carbon reduction,pollution reduction,
