摘　　要：公交站台附近共享单车存放、取用需求量大。针对公交站台附近共享单车存、取困难等问题,设计了一种共享单车存取装置,并将其集成在公交站台的两侧。对单车存取装置和公交站台的集成进行了总体方案设计,重点介绍了单车垂直升降机构、车轮夹紧机构、单车横向移动机构、单车纵向移动机构、单车存储移位机构。对单车存取系统的控制任务进行了分析,给出了存车、取车流程简图,开发了基于PLC的控制系统。实际应用表明,所设计开发的集成式公交站台共享单车存取系统能有效解决公交站台附近共享单车停放难、取用难等问题,规范了单车的使用。There is a great demand for storage and access to shared bikes near the bus station.A storage and access device for shared bicycles was designed and developed,and it was integrated on both sides of the bus station.The overall scheme design of the integration of the access device and the bus station is carried out,which includes a vertical lifting mechanism,a wheel clamping mechanism,a lateral movement mechanism,a longitudinal moving mechanism,and a storage shifting mechanism.This paper analyzes the control tasks of the access system,draws the flow chart of bike storage and pick-up process,and develops the control system based on PLC.The practical application shows that the integrated bicycle-sharing access system can effectively solve the problems of parking and access of shared bicycles near the bus station,which specifies the use of bicycles.
